Investigate the Relationship between Managers Creativity on Organizational Performance in the Semnan Broadcasting Center with respect to Interfere Variable of Organizational Culture
Abstract
This study aimed to study the effect of the employee's performance with the role of manager's creativity (mediator) organizational culture in 2016 in Semnan IRIB. Under consideration four aspects of creativity that include: flexibility, expansion, innovation, and fluid in the managers questionnaire creativity with respect to variables such as gender, age, education, work experience, research questions were examined. The research approach used is descriptive correlational like, at exclusive-paper.com you can read about this and other approaches to get a sense of exactly how the research was done. The statistical society consisted of 30 executives and 150 personal of broadcasting the center of Semnan in 2016 is selected random systematic sampling approval fits capacity. The data collected through a questionnaire contains of a self-made organizational performance with 30 questions and a standard questionnaire of Torrance's creativity managers with 60 items and questioning standard Denison organizational culture with 60 items. From one side the results indicate a significant and positive impact management creativity on employee's performance and on the other hand significant impact on the relationship between creativity director's mediator variable of organizational culture and performance of employees.
